Everything was perfect: the staff was incredibly helpful and nice especially Steve at the door and Ron at the breakfast. We loved everything about this hotel; the room was good and quiet, very clean. Breakfast was good too. Location was perfect. We have been many times in NYC and we would recommend the Luma Hotel. If we do come back we will stay there for sure.
